Manifolds were part of
One Thousand Books 2016
Manifolds was a group show with over 38 participating artists, invited by 13 publishers who, for this exhibition also function as curators. Throughout the opening weekend the publishers were present to talk about (and sell) their books, the artist(s) they have worked with and this current exhibition.
Each participating publisher presented an installation of works that relates to a specific artists’ book they have published. The selected artists’ works were shown both in the book form and as an exhibition.
The exhibition took place in the south wing of Kunsthal Charlottenborg as well as the public space of the adjacent neighbourhood.
